All prints are made to order and produced within 2–4 business days. Orders are shipped from our US production facilities and typically arrive within 5–7 business days after production. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Because nothing is pre-printed. Each piece is produced specifically for you the moment you order — no warehouses, no overstock, no waste. The short wait means your print is made fresh, just for you.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing info@hopeversestudio.com with your order number. After that, production has usually begun and the order can no longer be changed.

We currently ship free across the United States only.

Shipping is completely free on every order, with no minimum.

No. Your order is printed and shipped within the U.S., so there are no customs or import charges.

Our prints are produced on heavyweight 200gsm matte paper for rich color and a premium, gallery-quality finish.

Framed prints come in solid, responsibly sourced wood with a 20mm profile and a protective front. Choose from black, white, or natural wood — or order the print on its own without a frame.

The unframed option is the printed poster only, ready for your own frame. Framed options arrive complete — printed, framed, and ready to hang straight out of the box.

Each piece comes in three sizes: 30×40 cm, 45×60 cm, and 60×80 cm.

Because each print is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
