Refund policy

At Hopeverse Studio, every print is made to order — produced 
specifically for you the moment your order is placed. Because 
each piece is created individually, we are unable to offer 
returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size 
selection, or buyer's remorse.

However, we stand behind the quality of every print we ship.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from 
what you ordered, please contact us at info@hopeversestudio.com 
within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

- Your order number
- Photographs of the issue (the item, the damage, and the 
  packaging if relevant)
- A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim within 2 business days and, if 
approved, send you a free replacement at no additional cost — 
or issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of the 
shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 
info@hopeversestudio.com and we will investigate with our 
shipping partner. If the order is confirmed lost in transit, 
we will reprint and reship it at no charge.


Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method 
within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card 
issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your 
account.


Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing 
info@hopeversestudio.com with your order number. After this 
window, production has typically begun and the order can no 
longer be cancelled.
