Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders from Hopeverse Studio ship free across the United 
States. We do not currently ship outside the U.S.

Every print is made to order. Production and shipping happen 
in two stages, and the total time from order to doorstep is 
typically 10 to 19 business days.


Production time

Once your order is placed, it enters production within 1 to 2 
business days. Each print is produced, quality-checked, and 
prepared for shipment over the following 2 to 4 business days. 
Total production time is typically 3 to 6 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking 
information as soon as your order leaves our production 
facility.


Shipping time

After production, orders ship via our trusted carrier partners 
and typically arrive within 7 to 13 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual 
delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other 
factors outside our control.


Where we ship from

Hopeverse Studio partners with a U.S.-based print and 
fulfillment network. Your order is produced at the facility 
nearest to your shipping address to reduce transit time and 
environmental impact.


Order tracking

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your 
order ships. If you have not received tracking within 8 
business days of placing your order, please contact us at 
info@hopeversestudio.com.


Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing 
checkout. Hopeverse Studio is not responsible for orders 
shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a 
package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete 
address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


Lost or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of the 
shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 
info@hopeversestudio.com and we will investigate with our 
shipping partner. If the order is confirmed lost in transit, 
we will reprint and reship it at no charge.


Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at 
info@hopeversestudio.com within 14 days of delivery with 
photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement 
or full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
